`rubric_stem`

SQL table: MASTER.RUBRIC_STEM Reference table of all discrete stems (options) available for each rubric. Each row represents one selectable value for a given rubric — for example, the “speech_time” rubric has stems: past, present, future. Stems carry a short slug, a human-readable label, an optional LLM prompt fragment, and — when the rubric uses a scoring scale — a numeric level value and descriptor.
