SQL table: MASTER.MEASURE Master registry of every measure tracked in Factbase, spanning national statistics (e.g. GDP, population) and research analytics (e.g. paper counts, fractional credit, paper authority). Each row defines one measure; the observation values themselves live in separate fact tables (e.g. author_research_measure, institution_research_measure, nation_research_measure) keyed by measure_id. This is a dimension-only reference cube — join it to those fact tables on measure_id to label, filter, and format observations. Ratio measures (is_ratio = true) are computed from their numerator and denominator measures and should not be summed directly.

`polarity`	string		Whether higher values are better, worse, or neutral.
`is_ratio`	boolean		True when the measure is a ratio of two other measures.
`is_per_capita`	boolean		True when normalised by population.
`numerator_measure_id`	string		For ratio measures, the numerator measure identifier.
`denominator_measure_id`	string		For ratio measures, the denominator measure identifier.
`frequency`	string		Publication cadence (annual, quarterly, monthly).
`periodicity_basis`	string		Time basis of each observation.
`seasonally_adjusted`	string		Whether values are seasonally adjusted.
`price_base_year`	number		Base year for real (constant-price) monetary measures.
`is_nominal`	boolean		True when monetary values are in nominal (current) prices.
`source_name`	string		Originating data provider (e.g. World Bank, OpenAlex).
`source_id`	string		Identifier of the measure in the source’s own system.
`source_url`	string		Link to the source dataset or documentation.
`methodology`	string		Summary of, or link to, the calculation method.
