`nation_research_measure`

SQL table: MASTER.NATION_RESEARCH_MEASURE Fact table of research-measure observations for nations. Each row records the value of a single measure for a single nation, for a single capability, in a single period (year) — optionally within a specific research field. Alongside the raw value, each row carries the nation’s share, the peer median, rank, and percentile for that measure/capability/period context. Join to nation (entity), capability, and measure for descriptive context.
