SQL table: MASTER.PAPER_NATION Bridge table linking a paper to one of its contributing nations, with metrics that connect the paper and the nation: how many of the paper’s authors are from this nation, that nation’s fractional share of the paper, and the paper’s total author and nation counts. Grain: one row per (paper_id, nation_id) pair.
